Amanda has absolutely fallen in love with yoga. She’s been practicing for years but never understood how life changing yoga could be until after she trained to be an instructor through our 200 hr Glow TT. Amanda enjoys teaching so much, she believes it is such a humbling & joyful experience to help guide and heal another body. Her goals are to help you flow in life with an over pouring of love and acceptance. She teaches mostly vinyasa style yoga, and paddle board yoga. But she does love to explore and have fun with inversions, strength, practicing balance, meditation, and much more.
Teaching yoga is not just a practice for the body it helped her love herself from the inside out, and that’s why she loves this practice and loves sharing it!
