Yoga became a love for Chris when he was studying acting in New York City. It became a vehicle to get him inside his body and understand his inner being. After practicing for three years Chris became certified through Yoga to the People in the fall of 2015 and began teaching throughout the city. Working at Equinox fitness clubs for two years provided him with additional health knowledge to incorporate into classes. With an emphasis on proper alignment and breath technique Chris hopes to facilitate his students into a deeper practice and sense of self.
